Client Results:
- Coached a Fortune 200 company business unit President and his direct staff during organization-wide culture change, which resulted in an overhaul of the organization's leadership style, introduced a team based approach, and lead the development and implementation of a cost savings program, training curriculum, and leadership development processes. The savings funded not only the cost of training but also generated additional revenue.
- Coached a Vice-president of an IT organization to help him improve his ability to present and facilitate major changes in his department and across the organization. The VP transformed his ability to connect with others in way that communicated greater confidence and created greater engagement with key stakeholders.
- Coached a Director to improve his work-life balance and develop the skills to delegate and develop his direct staff. This client was able to avoid derailing his career and personal life by re-evaluating his assumptions about his role, his expectations for staff and colleagues, and creating clear requests and standards for performance. He was subsequently able to influence even larger segments of the organization with less effort and stress.
- Coached three executives through massive organizational restructuring which involved two site closures and one major outsourcing initiative. The executives and their staffs managed the change process smoothly.
